About Me
I am a backend engineer and technology consultant. My work centers on Java and Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and system design—with strong attention to testing, performance, scalability, and how services behave under load.
Databases—relational and NoSQL—are a core part of how I design services: schema modeling, transactions, migrations, and operational trade-offs. I work with international, distributed teams and default to clear APIs, explicit boundaries, and problem-solving that ties business goals to technical reality.
I am experienced in fintech and banking systems. That is domain depth alongside e-commerce, CRM, telecommunications, and internal enterprise platforms—not a narrow "fintech only" profile. Tools and delivery include Docker and cloud-oriented deployment patterns where projects require them.
At Backbase I contribute to business banking platforms that reach very large user volumes. I have served as Chapter Team Lead with a scope of about ninety engineers: mentoring, technical alignment, and raising the bar on architecture and quality. Earlier roles at EPAM, Vodafone, and Etiya rounded out cross-domain delivery and operating models.
In consulting I focus on honest assessments, maintainable architecture, and outcomes teams can own. I am based in Warsaw, Poland, work with clients globally, and speak English, Turkish, and Polish.
