About Me

Backend engineer turned technology consultant. I help companies design, improve, and scale backend systems—especially in finance and enterprise software.

I've spent over seven years building backend systems. My path took me from CRM and telecommunications software to e-commerce, internal enterprise platforms, and finally to large-scale banking and financial systems.

At Backbase, I work on business banking platforms serving tens of millions of users. I've led technical teams as a Chapter Team Lead and contributed to architecture decisions that affect production systems at scale. Before that, I worked at EPAM, Vodafone, and Etiya—gaining experience across domains and organizational structures.

What I bring to consulting: technical depth in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices; domain expertise in banking and finance; and an understanding of how engineering decisions connect to business outcomes. I don't just write code—I help teams make better architecture choices, reduce technical debt, and scale with confidence.

I'm based in Warsaw, Poland, and work with clients globally. I speak English, Turkish, and Polish. My approach is direct, pragmatic, and focused on lasting impact.
